However, often hotels & villas have more restrictive policies in place, mainly for packages or during peak season. If the policies of the hotel (listed on each property site) is more restrictive than the policy of Anguilla Reservation Services Ltd., the policy of the hotel applies for the more restrictive parts of the policy. Rates include the 10% Government tax and 10% Service Charge. Rates are subject to a US$ 1.00 per night government marketing levy surcharge for each used bedroom. Rates based on European Plan (room only) per room per night. 50% deposit is required to secure booking, balance payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: Refund if cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival. No refund if cancelled within 60 days of arrival. No refunds for Christmas/New Years reservations. Deposit and cancellation terms strictly applied. Travel insurance is recommended. Rates subject to change without notice.
