Generally, the Terms & Conditions of Anguilla Reservation Services Ltd., published on that website (see details here) apply for reservations made. However, often hotels & villas have more restrictive policies in place, mainly for packages or during peak season. If the policies of the hotel (listed on each property site) is more restrictive than the policy of Anguilla Reservation Services Ltd., the policy of the hotel applies for the more restrictive parts of the policy. General Terms & Conditions of Sirena Resort

A three nights deposit is required to secure reservation. Ten nights booking or longer require a deposit of 6 nights. Refundable (less $50.00 cancellation fee), if cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival; Christmas season 60 days.  Thereafter deposit applied to any canceled night(s) of a confirmed reservation. Any other form of payment has to be agreed on in writing by Hotel. If accommodation is re-sold for canceled period, no cancellation charge will be applied. Travel Insurance is recommended.
