Generally, the Terms & Conditions of Anguilla Reservation Services Ltd., published on that website (see details here) apply for reservations made. However, often hotels & villas have more restrictive policies in place, mainly for packages or during peak season. If the policies of the hotel (listed on each property site) is more restrictive than the policy of Anguilla Reservation Services Ltd., the policy of the hotel applies for the more restrictive parts of the policy. General Terms & Conditions of Shoal Bay Villas

A deposit equal to three (3) nights of stay is required at time of booking.  Full refund less $100.00 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival (60 days notice required from December 15^th  to April 14^th ). Full deposit forfeit if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival (60 days prior to arrival from December 15^th  to April 14^th ).  Deposit will be applied to any nights taken off original booking for early departures. Special conditions apply for the Christmas and New Year period. Rates are subject to change without notice. Travel insurance is recommended for your protection.

Packages: All packages must be pre-booked and pre-paid and there are no credits, refunds or exchange for any unused portions of the package or for early checkouts.
