However, often hotels & villas have more restrictive policies in place, mainly for packages or during peak season. If the policies of the hotel (listed on each property site) is more restrictive than the policy of Anguilla Reservation Services Ltd., the policy of the hotel applies for the more restrictive parts of the policy. General Terms & Conditions of Anguilla Great House

Rates are subject to 10% Government accommodation tax, 10% service charge in lieu of gratuities and a US$ 1.00 per night government marketing levy surcharge. Rates based on European Plan (room only) per room per night. 3 nights deposit is required to secure booking. Notice of cancellation is required 14 days (summer) and 30 days (winter) in advance of arrival date for a full refund.  Thereafter deposit is applied to any cancelled or altered nights of a confirmed reservation.  Deposit and cancellation terms strictly applied. Travel insurance is recommended.
