Generally, the Terms & Conditions of Anguilla Reservation Services Ltd., published on that website (see details here) apply for reservations made. However, often hotels & villas have more restrictive policies in place, mainly for packages or during peak season. If the policies of the hotel (listed on each property site) is more restrictive than the policy of Anguilla Reservation Services Ltd., the policy of the hotel applies for the more restrictive parts of the policy. General Terms & Conditions of Paradise Cove Resort

Three nights deposit is required to secure the reservation. It is refundable if cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival for reservations for stays between Dec 19 - March 31, and 30 days for the remainder of the year. A $50.00 cancellation fee applies. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. Late arrivals or early checkouts will be charged for the full payments of this reserved period. Travel insurance is recommended for your protection.

All packages must be pre-booked and pre-paid and there are no credits, refunds or exchange for any unused features or for stays less than nights confirmed. Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.
