However, often hotels & villas have more restrictive policies in place, mainly for packages or during peak season. If the policies of the hotel (listed on each property site) is more restrictive than the policy of Anguilla Reservation Services Ltd., the policy of the hotel applies for the more restrictive parts of the policy. General Terms & Conditions of Malliouhana Hotel & Spa

Rates are subject to 10% Government accommodation tax and 10% service charge in lieu of gratuities. A temporary electricity surcharge of US$20 per day will be added to all occupied rooms. Rates based on European Plan (room only) per room per night, single or double occupancy. 3 nights deposit is required to secure booking. Notice of cancellation is required 30 days in advance of arrival date for a full refund.  Thereafter deposit is applied to any cancelled or altered nights of a confirmed reservation.  Deposit and cancellation terms strictly applied. Travel insurance is recommended. Additional daily charge of US$225 per room per night from December 18 – January 6.  Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.Malliouhana Hotel & Spa is closed annually in September and October.
