Property Conditions:
Rates are inclusive of 10% Government accommodation tax, 10% service
charge in lieu of gratuities. There will be a 2% fuel surcharge and 1.00 per night/per
bedroom government
marketing levy added to those rates. Rates based on European
Plan (room only) per suite per night. 3
nights deposit is required to secure booking. Notice of cancellation is
required 14 days (summer) and 30 days (winter) in advance of arrival date for a full refund.
Thereafter deposit is applied to any cancelled or altered nights of a
confirmed reservation. Deposit and cancellation terms strictly
applied. Travel insurance is recommended. Rates are subject to
change without notice. |
