Property Conditions:
A
three nights deposit is required to secure reservation. Ten nights
booking or longer require a deposit of 6 nights. Refundable (less $50.00
cancellation fee), if cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival;
Christmas season 60 days. Thereafter deposit applied to any canceled
night(s) of a confirmed reservation. Any other form of payment has to be
agreed on in writing by Hotel. If accommodation is re-sold for canceled
period, no cancellation charge will be applied. Travel Insurance is
recommended. |
