Rates are for up to two people in a studio or one-bedroom suite, four people in a two-bedroom suite. Daily charge for one extra person (suites only) US$ 40.00.

All prices are in US dollars. Prices do not include 10% Government Tax, 10% Service Charge and a US$1.00 per day Government Marketing Levy.  Rates are subject to change without notice.
Property Conditions: A deposit equal to three (3) nights of stay is required at time of booking.  Full refund less $100.00 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival (60 days notice required from December 15th  to April 14th ). Full deposit forfeit if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival (60 days prior to arrival from December 15th  to April 14th ).  Deposit will be applied to any nights taken off original booking for early departures. Special conditions apply for the Christmas and New Year period. Rates are subject to change without notice. Travel insurance is recommended for your protection.
